New rule about pictures

We'll allow people to put pictures up of work they have done for others to critique. If you decide to post your work do so with the understanding that it will be open to constructive and respectful criticism.
For the people that will be posting their ideas on others work, follow the same rule be constructive and respectful. The administrators and moderators will be staying on top of this and reserve the right to remove a post or comment if we find it to be out of line. If you have any issues with this please contact one of the admins.
