Barbers International

Post by Audi on 17/02/12, 01:53 pm

Barbers International.... Who are they? Well, they have some of the same officials as the NABBA... Charles Kirkpatrick, Mike McBunch, Sam Barcelona. According to the information available from their sites. They have a Group Insurance Plan for Barbers!!!! That's one our objectives! KOOL! Wait..... wait..... that would only be AFTER you pay a $60 membership fee. What a Face for HAIRDRESSERS! Shocked THUDD... I AM NOT A HAIRDRESSER! Evil or Very Mad

If we ever organize to the point where we have a group insurance plan, I hope a membership fee isn't a requirement to be a member to qualify. But I ASSURE YOU that if that becomes the case (and if I have anything to do with it) THAT FEE WILL BE MINIMAL!

PLEEEEEEEEEEAZE... tell anybody that ever says that I or any Staff from "Barber Shop Talk" has taken one red cent from members on this forum in the way of dues or membership fees, that he/she is a bold face liar. Taking money from fellow barbers has never been nor should ever be an intent from Administrative Members on this site.

The only thing I ever got from some so called barber group about insurance was for accident insurance. Not health insurance. You would think there are enough of us barbers that we could get a group health care policy. Thats a tough nut to pay for.

Lord that pained me to put that link up.... your welcome Charles. It's been fun. See what we can do if we work together? Reckon you could run a link for us now? Nope... you need money first.

It would require a minimum of 100 solid insurance-paying members to get group. We just aren't there yet, but growing rapidly.
A bridge to cross once we get there.
