First topic message reminder :

I lost my shop to fire early monday morning. I had no insurance, took a chance and lost. If any of you guys out there haven't got it please do so. It's a terrible feeling seeing all of your things going up in smoke and having to replace it all out of pocket. Do your self a favor call an agent and get covered I've learned the hard way.

We did a story yesterday when Marco reopened his shop. Turned out pretty well. He seemed really moved by the support. It was a very nice thing all of you did.

Sorry about being late sending my care package. I am waiting for a friend who is out of town says he might have some stuff. All of the clippers we have need new blades, but are perfectly functional. I also have a set of Masters that need a ball pin which is like a $0.70 part last I check put a pain to install. I hope to co e visit you one day.

Thanks to everyone. We opened Thursday afternoon just after the inspector finished. It's been really busy. Looks as though most everyone has waited for us to reopen as their hair is much longer than normal. Things are getting back to normal.

We are doing great. Got about 95% of our old customers back and have gained a good bit more. Our new shop is in a higher traffic area than the old one and news of the fire got our name out to alot people that didn't know we were in town. I guess blessings come in strange ways,once a little time has passed you can look back and see that what once seemed bad was actually a good thing in the making. Once again Thank You all.

This is still an inspiring story ,if anyone is new to the forum if there is one thread to read it is definatly this one . There are not to many proffesions that can stick together like our one does ..
